No. Please don't. The water is hot and the chemicals in the soap are meant to be clean hard surfaces.
I highly recommend washing them with a cloth, warm soapy water and rinsing them right away. Don't let them soak in water. That is the worst thing you can do. If you treat them properly, they will last for years and years.

Glass and china paints are for decorative purposes only and are NOT food safe. Don't let anyone tell you other wise. Never let the painted surface come in contact with food or your mouth. Of course, it is safe to touch.
This is why you will always see a "safe area" at the top of all Painted Snowflakes glasses. All items are painted on the outside or underneath where the food, nor drink, will not touch it.
All varnished, painted or decorated surfaces can be used with dry food if a doily is placed between them.
Can I put painted glass in the dishwasher
My glass was broken in shipping
Glass objects are NOT insurable when shipping. Less than 5% of my packages arrive broken as I do my absolute best to package them.
If something does break, and I can replace it, I will at my expense. Please send me photos of the damage and the damaged box if appropriate. I will ask you to pay for the additional shipping to get it to you.
Cancellations & Returns
Painted Snowflakes will gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours. Please advise me of your decision by email or message and I will cancel your order. If it is not a custom order, I can usually cancel for you, as long as it hasn't been shipped.
I do not accept returns, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and perhaps we can make it work.
Custom orders and sale items are NOT returnable. Due to the nature of the order we will converse much about your design and if appropriate, or asked for, I will send images while in process.
Something says "out of stock" or sold out. When will it be replaced?
Great question. As much of my work is made to order, most of the time it depends if I have the supplies on hand.

Payment
All orders must be paid in full in advance.

What information do you gather from me?
I am not website nor government savvy. I tell you that up front. I am, however, responsible for obtaining your information. In layman's terms (because that's all I have) this site will collect information from you. If you make a purchase I will know your full name, address, email, and possibly phone number. Any credit card information goes through a well protected third party company that I chose because of their excellent reputations. I do not receive any card numbers etc. from them. I simply receive any monies collected by them on my behalf minus the necessary fees.
There is software attached to the site that will collect information such as how many pages you visited and how long you viewed them. As well as , any comments, reviews, or messages sent through the site.
